Reference Viewer v0.4 update

Reference Viewer is an Aseprite extension that creates a window where you can open a reference image.

This update corresponds to version 0.4 (but in fact it's the first devlog, as I didn't made any post for previous versions).

Changes/Fixes

In the previous version there was an issue with image scaling: when the reference image was zoomed out, at a certain point, aseprite could freeze or crash.

This update (v0.4) should fix that bug, and also improve the performance when zooming out the image.
